Classes are mandatory for all who are registered to test, and highly recommended for all brown and black belts. Please warm up before your classes begin, and arrive in uniform if possible.

Summer hours have now ended along with outdoor training. Please come dressed in your traditional Karate-dogi.

This special class will be focussing on Brown and black belt grading material, however there will be a kyu grading afterwards, and those testing are encouraged to join the class for extra practise on their basics.
